Whenever possible, The Bake Bike uses the best local ingredients available. We are proud to use certified organic produce from The Farm of Minnesota,  flour milled from organic Minnesota wheat by Baker's Field Flour & Bread, fresh apples from the AppleHouse and other ingredients from the Lakewinds Co-op.
